1. Acceptance

By using OptiMap Agent (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. OptiMap Agent is the public marketing surface for the open-source OptiMap codebase, operated by Ola Turmo.

2. Service description

OptiMap Agent provides a 16-signal scoring system for Google Business Profile optimization, vertical-aware recommendations, multi-tenant data isolation, and outcome tracking. The actual product is built from the open-source OptiMap repository.

3. Operator responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Authorizing OptiMap Agent to access your Google Business Profile via OAuth
• Applying the optimization recommendations OptiMap suggests (or not)
• Maintaining accurate business information in your GBP listing
• Not using the score data to misrepresent your business or competitors
• Any damages resulting from the use of the Service

4. Catalog / product accuracy

a multi-tenant SaaS for Google Maps and Google Business Profile optimization with 16-signal scoring. Best-effort accuracy; no guarantee of fitness for any specific use case.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranty. Ola Turmo and OptiMap Agent disclaim all liability for any damages arising from use of the Service.

6. Refusal of service

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Use the score data to misrepresent your business or competitors
• Use the 16-signal scoring for spam or unsolicited competitor outreach
• Scrape or harvest data from the multi-tenant data store
• Use the optimization recommendations to violate Google's Business Profile policies

7. Changes

Ola Turmo may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
